"When we were researching to find the builder of our home in Lewes, Delaware we interviewed several builders to determine who we felt was best. A real estate agent had recommended Russ Palmer to us and we talked on the phone and finally met Russ. When we finally decided on our house plans, Russ was always available to discuss changes to the plans.

We chose Russ because we knew we could trust him to build our house with superior quality workmanship and materials and on time. We found Russ to be personally involved with the day to day building of our house. One morning during the framing of our house I called Russ to ask him if he could move the location of an HVAC vent in the house. He just happened to be in the house and while on his cell phone I heard him give instructions to the workers to make the change.

We had the best experience building our house with Russ. I have to say it was fun because we knew that Russ definitely had everything under control. We would visit our house on the weekends while it was being built. One weekend a clerestory winders and rafters were being framed. We could see the craftsmanship in every part of the construction.

It’s been over three years since Russ delivered our home to us. I continue to find the quality that went into building our home. Our experience with Russ has always been great. He built a home that exceeded our expectations.
